No setting eliminates scam risk

Filtering and blocking tools can reduce unwanted communications, but scammers change tactics and legitimate communications can sometimes be filtered. A PhoneValla score measures the applicable protections you have confirmed during the checkup; it is not a guarantee that your phone or identity is secure.

Verify important actions

If a message or caller asks for money, credentials, one-time codes or sensitive information, independently verify the request using a trusted contact method. For emergencies, suspected crimes, financial fraud or account compromise, contact the appropriate service provider, financial institution or public authority directly.
