These Terms govern your use of PhoneValla. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limits of the service described below.

What PhoneValla provides

PhoneValla organizes publicly available phone, operating-system and wireless-carrier protection guidance into a personalized checkup. The service is informational and is intended to make existing settings and official instructions easier to understand.

No guarantee of protection

No phone setting, carrier feature or filtering system can block every unwanted call, text message, scam or fraud attempt. PhoneValla does not guarantee that enabling a recommended setting will prevent loss, fraud, unwanted communications or other harm.

Official settings can change

Apple, Google, wireless carriers and other third parties can change product names, menus, availability, pricing and behavior at any time. PhoneValla publishes a last-verified date where practical, but a device or carrier may differ from the documented path.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding which settings are appropriate for you. Some protections can screen, silence, block or route legitimate callers and messages. Review the tradeoffs shown in PhoneValla and the applicable official source before making changes that could affect important communications.

Third-party services

PhoneValla may link to or describe products and services operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security practices or changes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse PhoneValla, attempt to interfere with the service, probe or attack its infrastructure, submit malicious content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The PhoneValla name, original site design, original explanatory content and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. References to third-party brands, products and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Service changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend or discontinue features as PhoneValla evolves. We may also revise these Terms. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the updated Terms apply to subsequent use.
